Hotel Reservations for NYC Health + Hospitals Workforce

Effective June 30, 2020, the following hotels will close

All employees are expected to vacate these hotels on or before June 30th

The hotel program will remain available on a limited basis for employees whose role or duties involve working directly with COVID patients or who have been informed by Occupational Health Services (OHS) that they are required to isolate for 14 days.

All NYC Health + Hospitals employees are eligible, includes affiliate staff.

How To Make a Request

Complete the online Hotel Reservations Form to request a new reservation or an extension. The top left side of the page contains a drop-down menu for you to select either “New Hotel Reservation Request” or “Hotel Reservation Extension Request”. You will be required to enter your Employee ID number. This is the 9-digit TKID number found on the back of your employee photo-ID card.

Confirmation of your reservation will be issued within a 24-hour period of your form submission.*

Incomplete form submissions may delay your reservation confirmation.

*Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis for individuals who request same day hotel reservations. Contact your facility hotel liaison(s) to make a hotel request needed for the same day.

What to Expect?

Employees will receive a confirmation and relevant hotel information. We will make our best effort to accommodate staff at hotels near their facility.

Employees are not responsible for the costs of the hotel room. However, other charges are the responsibility of the employee.

All hotels are in the NYC area. Meals, parking, and transportation are not included.
