Performance Management

Our Performance Management Process is a collaborative approach for managers and their employees to evaluate the employee's performance throughout the year. The employee has an opportunity to plan, strategize and self-evaluate their own performance based on goals, accomplishments and competencies that are in alignment with their department, business unit/facility and the System's goals. In addition, there are processes to manage the performance of employees who do not meet or are below expectations in the form of progressive performance improvement plans and notification.

The performance evaluation cycle is annual. Managers are expected to complete their employee's performance evaluations by the end of the performance year.
