Workplace Violence:
Any physical assault or acts of aggressive behavior which occur where a public employee performs any work-related duty in the course of his/her employment.

To report a Workplace Violence incident, please complete a Workplace Violence Incident Reporting Form (HHC2829) and notify any of the following:
Workplace Violence Prevention Coordinator, Hospital Police, Human Resources, your Supervisor or Administrator on Duty (AOD).
