Parental Leave

The Paid Parental Leave (PPL) policy provides active Group 11 managerial employees with up to 12 calendar weeks of paid time off for the birth of a child, adoption, or foster care placement.

Employees must file for Paid Family Leave (PFL) as a condition of eligibility for PPL. For the purpose of implementing this policy, the effective date of PFL (if eligible) must be for a qualifying event occurring on or after June 30, 2024.

Employees should use the link below to obtain the forms to request PPL. To ensure timely processing, you must notify HRSS Leaves Administration at least 30 days prior to the leave start date. Please note PPL will not be applied retroactively.
