Resident (ACGME) Leave Guidelines

The below noted ACGME memo serves as a guideline for employee trainees (residents and fellows) at all levels requesting a medical leave for their own disability, child bonding leave, or care for other family member during the course of their NYC H+H employment. The GME (Graduate Medical Education) program will separately address program related status impacted by any approved leave.

Please note Dental Residents are not covered by this NYC H+H policy.
